The customer needed a way to offset the high cost of running a bottling facility and keeping the wine at the correct temperature with AC units. As they were renting the bottling facility, they needed to make the solar system removable, so that it could be relocated and reused at a future location. Some of the complications of the job were getting the equipment on top of a 45 foot building.
